Requirements
There are no prerequisites for this course. You must be a good swimmer.
Duration
The in-person course lasts a full day (8 hours). Half of the duration is in a swimming pool.
Locations
The Oeiras Marina offers quick access to a high-quality water area. It features modern, high-standard facilities to support sailing practice, including restaurants, shops, changing rooms, security, and parking.
Nearby there are several beaches, an ocean pool, and a seafront promenade.
Its location at the entrance of the Tagus River allows for open sea sailing in clear waters or navigation in the more sheltered waters of the river.
Proximity to Cascais and Belém, as well as quick access to destinations such as Sesimbra, is also an advantage to consider.
